3. Client Obligations & Data Accuracy
As a client of Fins Abroad Services, you agree and warrant that:
- All information, passport details, marital status declarations, dependent disclosures, and photographs provided by you are 100% accurate, truthful, and genuine.
- You are legally authorized to provide the documents submitted for processing.
- You understand that submitting fraudulent documents or false biographical statements will result in immediate disqualification by government authorities and immediate termination of our services without refund.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your portal login credentials.
4. Fees, Invoicing & Payment Terms
Our consulting and application service fees are transparently displayed during the booking process:
- Payment Methods: Payments can be completed online via Safaricom M-Pesa, Stripe, PayPal, Paystack, or direct Bank Wire Transfer.
- Invoicing: Every successful transaction generates an official PDF invoice containing a unique invoice number, date, breakdown of services, and payment status label (`PAID`). Invoices are accessible anytime via your client dashboard.
- Currency & Taxes: Prices are quoted in USD or KES as indicated on the portal and include applicable platform processing fees.
5. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy
We aim to maintain maximum fairness regarding booking cancellations and rescheduling:
- Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule an upcoming consultation appointment up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled time slot without penalty.
- Service Fulfillment: Once our team has initiated the processing of your application (e.g., submitting your DV Lottery entry or conducting a personalized consultation session), service fees become non-refundable.
- Refund Requests: Eligible refund requests submitted prior to processing will be evaluated and processed back through the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on www.finsabroad.com—including the vector SVG logo, graphics, text layout, CSS stylesheets, brand mark, and software code—is the property of Fins Abroad Services and is protected under copyright and trademark laws.
